Meet our Staff

Christine Buhmeyer – Certified Dental Assistant

Christine is a 1998 graduate of Trident Technical College, Expanded Duties Dental Assisting program. Prior to that, she attended Roper Nursing School and worked part-time in dental offices for two years to acquire knowledge in the dental field. Her compassion and kind-heartedness is evident in her work.

Some of her interests include writing short stories and interior design. Christine is an active member in her church and enjoys spending time with her family. She has two sons,  Christian, and  Zac, who is currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Ely Dulay – Certified Dental Assistant, Registered Dental Hygienist

Ely is a 1999 graduate of Trident Technical College, Expanded Duties Dental Assisting program, and received her Associates in Science of Dental Hygiene in 2004. She is a seasoned veteran in the dental field. Ely also commits her Saturdays working at Welvista-Smiles for a Lifetime Clinic, which provides dental care to underprivileged children.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and taking her girls, Ava and Gabby, to the pool.

Kathy Burger – Front Desk

Kathy has many years of dental business office experience.  Her soothing voice is reassuring, and her attentive disposition gives patients a sense of comfort and ease when they walk through the door.

Kathy is a sports fan, and she also enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren, Alex and Ellie.

Sandy Hardy – Certified Dental Assistant, Registered Dental Hygienist

Sandy is a 2003 graduate of Trident Technical College, Expanded Duties Dental Assisting program, and received her Associates in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene in 2010. Her gentle nature when administering anesthesia puts patients at ease in the dental chair. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and recognizes the importance of continuing education.

She enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family. Sandy also has a Beagle/Daschund mix that loves to play outdoors.

Scott Edwards – Dental Laboratory Technician

Scott received his training as a dental lab tech in the U.S. Air Force . His talent and skill is recognizable in his work and the cases he engages in.

He enjoys sports and hanging out with his kids, Scott, and Carmen.

Terry Linker – Financial Administrator

Terry has a BSC degree in accounting from the University of Louisville. Her previous business experience includes internal auditor for Kmart International Headquarters and general store manager for Kmart in Sweetwater, TN and Mount Pleasant, SC. She also opened and managed the Staples office supply store in Mount Pleasant. Terry enjoys tennis, watching her children play sports, and traveling. Although her primary job is in the front office, don't be surprised if you see her in the back helping out when needed.

Whitney Gorman – Certified Dental Assistant

Whitney is a 2007 graduate of Trident Technical College, Expanded Duties Dental Assisting program. Her charismatic energy adds dimension and spirit to the office atmosphere.

She enjoys being outdoors, especially boating and 4-wheeling. Whitney also has a miniature Pomeranian named Izzy, who favors her attention.
